An easy country guitar lesson on some of the most common bends used by country players to immitate pedal steel players. Simple licks designed to give you the building blocks to try to come up with your own ideas. Like all of my lessons, it is aimed at a fairly competent beginner difficulty wise. Other lessons available – just get in touch and ask.

Just come across this – nice and basic, exactly what I’m looking for. Thanks a million for sharing.
Thanks mate!
What guitar is that? (exact model)
It’s actually just a very basic, very low budget ‘Cruiser’ by Crafter (the acoustic guitar people). Got it very cheap and love it.
Hell yea, I just found this too…I can’t wait to get home from work.
Great simple lesson very well explained, thank you.
yihaaa thx for the vid i love it post more like this
Hi first time I ‘ve looked in. immpressed so far. Where are you based in UK
i love this lesson, everyone should learn country bends, i’m trying to learn some jimi and i realised some of his stuff comes from the same country, not country music cause most of that is post modern but the real stuff where it was born, thanks
That strat tone is AMAZING! So throaty.
love those Crocodile shoes there mate!
I think you are a brill teacher, very gratefull to you, most tutors would be wanting a lot of money for these lessons, many thanks to you Den.
Awesome. Try hybrid picking on the bend at 2:53. Strumming it sounds like a guitar player; hybrid sounds like a real steel guitar. Not dissing you. This is coming from a steel player/ guitar player. Love you lessons, and I’m subscribing now.
